If your order is DAMAGED item(s), please click HERE to start requesting a refund. We will contact you for more order details BEFORE approving/declining your request.

If you do not receive our inquiry email within 48 hours (except holidays and weekends) after you submit the refund application, please check your mailbox (maybe in spam), if still not, please take a photo of the damaged item(s) to us.

If your order is WRONG/MISSING item(s), please take a photo of the damaged item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your order with the subject line WRONG/MISSING ITEM(s) and include your name, order number #, and desired compensation.

If you prefer a refund instead of a reshipment or gift card, we will arrange a refund for you.

Please allow 48 hours for your refund to be processed. We will send a notification email to the email address listed on your account when your refund has been sent.

 Note: We can only arrange a refund for the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.
