Best Formula Yet

I only got one lipstick (#09) this time, but I would strongly consider getting a few more. I love this formula! The stick is rather delicate, so a light touch is needed, but it is the perfect combination of pigmented and hydrating. You can apply a little to your lower lip and then rub it around for a lighter, moisturized feel, or you can apply more for more color payoff, which makes even the deepest shade completely wearable for day or night. Itā€™s not too oily like some of the lip glosses, but itā€™s also not too matte like other lipsticks that dry out your lips. This formula seems most like the one from the Circus collection. Absolutely love it!
