Shipping Policy
In Flower Knows, we accept orders at any time - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on Flowerknows Official will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 3-4 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

The United States
By federal and state regulations, the order purchased at Flower Knows Official Store and shipped to some states in the United States will be taxed at the applicable sales rate according to the shipping address.
The specific amount of tax applied to your order is determined by the products and the delivery address.
Please note that once an order has been placed, the city, state, or ZIP code cannot be changed due to variations in tax rates across different states and cities in the US.
EU countries
Flowerknows will collect VAT tax on orders shipped to EU countries and the amount is less than €150 euros, the tax will be determined at checkout.
For orders shipped to EU countries and the amount is larger than €150 euros, local customs office will collect tax and duties when you receive order.
❗If your order value is under €150 Euro and the custom required you taxed again, please send us a photo of the tax form and we will refund the taxed amount.
Other countries
For other countries, our shipping costs include all fees. You don’t need to pay extra.

Please note Flowerknows Official is not responsible for any shipping deliveries not received.

Kindly note this claim process may take 30-45 business days for international shipments to be investigated with the carrier.
