Not as good as the previouse one

First of all the first time i tried them i LOOOVED THEM the tip of the brush is so finely you can draw doujyin eyelashes on by yourself, the colors are so pretty aswell BUT i bought 5 of these bad boys so i wont run out of eyeliners in a long time. I dont know what happened tho but the Mermaid eyeliners were much better. On bare skin without anything on it draws perfectly but if i have a base underneath it skips like crazy. Like i can draw 1 fast line and then it skips everything so i just grab the next one and use it until it skips :/// idk why this is but its kinda disapointing. For refference my Base primer is the green primer by ELF and i use a catrice foundation and after some setting powder but not like in the eye area.

So kinda disapointed w the new eyeliner its great and all but only fully functions on bare skin

Best Eyeliner

Doesnt budge, difficult to even wash off, its perfect. I got the tea brown and its so easy to work with, small tip for precision. Compenent is weighty and printing on outside is so pretty
