Refund, Returns and Exchanges

Eligible Replacement/ Refund

In response to the call for environmental protection, we do not accept any physical mail-in returns. Refund, replacement or gift cards requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you find the product incorrect/damaged/missing after receiving your order, please email us at support@flowerknows.co within 15 days of successful delivery date to request a refund or replacement, providing the following information:

  1. Order Number #
  2. Name of product(s) that you would like a refund, gift card or replacement for
  3. Reason for refund, gift card or replacement Photo(s) of the product(s)

If you do not receive our feedback within 48 hours (except holidays and weekends) after you request a refund or replacement, please check your mailbox (maybe in spam), if not, please resent the request with necessary information.

Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded. Once the refund is processed, we will credit your original form of payment. Banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

* If the purchase was made from other platforms, please refer to their return policy and reach out to them directly as we are unable to provide refunds/replacements for those purchases.

* Once the carrier has shipped the order, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate any modifications or cancellations. Additionally, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in such cases.

Cancels

If you want to cancel order, please email us at support@flowerknows.co with your order number # and the reason for cancellation within 24 hours after you place an order, then we will help you to cancel the order for what you want. 

* Orders cannot be canceled once placed as they are immediately sent to our logistic provider.

Last Minute Order Cancels/Changes

If you have any order changes or cancellation requests immediately after the order was placed, please contact us immediately.

Once the carrier has shipped the order, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate any modifications or cancellations. Additionally, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in such cases.

Never Receive Orders

If your order cannot be delivered successfully due to personal reasons (Eg. unreachable phone, incomplete/wrong address, etc.), we will contact you as soon as we receive the notification.

If you do not reply within 48 hours, then we will not arrange any compensation for you.

Matters Needing Attention

If you find that our products have quality problems after receiving it, please contact us for compensation within 15 days after the package status shows as delivered. Otherwise we will not provide compensation after the expiration.
