Great products, misleading adds

The good:
Well-wrapped, fast shipping, email communication about the status of the order.
Great quality, pigmented products and bright colours. Included 4 minipuffs which are very useful. The packaging is amazing and sturdy.
The bad:
I am subscribed to FK's mail list and received an email stating that by buying 5 items on this collection, you get an extra box. Well I bought the hole collection (that all-in box) and got only 1 purple box. I wrote to their customer service chat and never got an answer.

The good and the bad

The good: the items had overall great colors, good pigmentation and nice packaging.

The bad: took 12 days to come (I’d be hoping that with a product this expensive it would take a lot less time.) A few boxes of mine were damaged (the mirror box looked liked it was beat up but thankfully the mirror in there was fine). The blush was TINY and by tiny I mean It’s almost half of what I thought I would get. The plastic covering the boxes took FOREVER to remove. Even my mom with longer nails struggledddd. Other then that I think the product is okay 6/10. Just wish there was more product and it was less small for how much I paid.
