Best Formula Yet

I only got one lipstick (#09) this time, but I would strongly consider getting a few more. I love this formula! The stick is rather delicate, so a light touch is needed, but it is the perfect combination of pigmented and hydrating. You can apply a little to your lower lip and then rub it around for a lighter, moisturized feel, or you can apply more for more color payoff, which makes even the deepest shade completely wearable for day or night. It’s not too oily like some of the lip glosses, but it’s also not too matte like other lipsticks that dry out your lips. This formula seems most like the one from the Circus collection. Absolutely love it!
