Shipping policy
In Flower Knows, we work with the best logistic partners to ensure that you receive purchases quickly and safely. We accept orders at any time - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on Flowerknows Official will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 3-4 business days.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

VAT Taxes
EU countriesFlowerknows will collect VAT tax on orders shipped to EU countries and the amount is less than €150 euros, the tax will be determined at checkout.
For orders shipped to EU countries and the amount is larger than €150 euros, local customs office will collect tax and duties when you receive order.
If your order value is under €150 Euro and the custom required you taxed again, please send us a photo of the tax form and we will refund the taxed amount.
Non-EU countries
For other countries, our shipping costs include all fees. You don’t need to pay extra.
If you are taxed by any chance when you receive the package, please email us at support@flowerknows.co and we will refund the taxed amount.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any package from Flower Knows, the package will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please note Flowerknows Official is not responsible for any shipping deliveries not received. Please contact support@flowerknows.co, and we will file a claim on your behalf.
Kindly note this process may take 30-45 business days for international shipments to investigate with the carrier.
