We are collecting VAT taxes for all EU countries as the de minimis policy was canceled on Jul 1st, 2021.
For your convenience, our shipping costs include all import duties, taxes, and applicable fees. You should not be taxed any extra fees.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any package from Flower Knows, the package will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
